Yes is does heat up a bit pretty easy which may feel disturbing, but overall it is a good product to purchase and use.

The tool is very useful as it gives you clear image helping you keep the ear safe while cleaning. It feels slightly warm i believe becoz of the light at the front. The sensors immediately warn you if you are too close to the ear drum which is even better. Build quality is good, good packing, and additional q-tips is very thoughtful.

After repeatedly having a blocked ear and no luck from ear drops it was either this or a doctors visit made it an easy decision and 20 mins after opening the package I had an unblocked ear.
