Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

Product is damaged or defective
Wrong item delivered
Replacement item is unavailable
Refund Process
Once your request is verified and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account or UPI details to process the refund.
Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

Used or opened products
Orders refused at delivery
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances
