Eligible Returns
Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Customers must contact us within 4 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.
Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging are required for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Certain hygiene-related products may not be returnable for safety reasons.
Missed Delivery & Re-delivery
If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, a ₹100 re-delivery charge will apply for the second delivery attempt.
